Airguns are designed for use by experienced shooters. Misuse or careless use may result in serious injury or death. May be dangerous up to 300 yards.

FOR AGES 18 YEARS OR OLDER

Our High-powered airguns are recommended for use by those 18 years of age or older. Please read all instructions before using. The purchaser and user should follow all laws governing the use and ownership of airguns in their local city, county, and state.

• You must be 18 to purchase airguns from us.
• It is your responsibility to know your state and local laws and comply with them. For your information, the following are examples of the state laws governing airgun products: Airguns and airsoft are restricted in: New York City, NY, its boroughs (Zip Codes 100xx-104xx and 111-114xx, 116xx), New Jersey, Michigan (certain products resticted but not all), Chicago IL and Morton's Grove IL, San Francisco CA, Washington DC or Philadelphia PA. We cannot ship co2 to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska or Hawaii.

Payment Method
Methods of Payment: Adventures in Airguns accepts Visa and Mastercard, money orders drawn on US Banks, and Cashiers Checks. Under certain conditions, personal checks may be accepted, with a delay in shipping until the check clears.

Returns
If merchandise is damaged upon receipt and inspection, contact our Customer Service department at 270-272-6685 and the carrier immediately in order to report the damage which occurred during shipping.

You may return merchandise within 30 days provided it is in new condition, un-used, with all the original packaging, manuals, paperwork, and accessories for a full refund. You must pre-pay the shipping as we do not refund shipping charges. If the item you purchased is opened, used, not in original packaging, or otherwise not in new sellable condition, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Any merchandise showing wear, attempts at modification, dropped or accidentally broken by the customer will not receive a credit back, even if it is within the 30 day period. No refunds or credit are available for opened CO2 cartridges or pellets.
