The RWS 52 is the action of the RWS 48 dressed up in a Monte Carlo beech stock (one inch longer) with a sculpted cheekpiece. For better control, they've added checkering to the forearm and pistol-grip. The changes in the stock configuration make an already-great gun even better. Loading is done through a sliding breech. The ammunition is inserted into the breech. Like the 48, this rifle can be used for field target, plinking, hunting, target shooting and spinners. This sidelever, spring-piston rifle is popular among airgunners who want the best of all worlds: affordability, power and accuracy.
